Meet The Doctor

Driven by a passion for continuous learning and expanding his expertise, J. Leonard embarked on a sabbatical from private practice to pursue further education. He earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the International University of the Americas in San Jose, Costa Rica, enriching his medical knowledge and skills. Returning to Culver City, he resumed his practice, now equipped with three complementary degrees in various areas of medicine.

J. Leonard’s realization that he was in the right profession stemmed from his early experiences in sports, where a podiatrist treated him for an injury during his high school basketball days. This encounter, coupled with his observations of sports injuries, sparked his interest in podiatry. Additionally, his rewarding experiences working with diabetic patients, influenced by his familial connections to diabetes, reaffirmed his passion for podiatric medicine.

Outside of his professional endeavors, J. Leonard enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his interests in sports and medicine. He remains dedicated to his patients, striving to fulfill the clinic’s tagline, “We keep you walking,” by providing exemplary foot care services to the Culver City community.
